The clean rooms within Large Scale Biology used a cascaded pressurization control implemented 
to maintain a pressure gradient. This facilty has 21 FMS 1630 room controllers / monitors actively controlling calibrated and certified Triatek Venturi Valves on the supply and exhaust.
