Triatek has raised industry standards yet again with its new line of controllers – the FMS-1655 and HMS-1655 series of fume hood controllers and room pressure controllers. Similar in capabilities to the 1650 line, the 1655 Series marks a significant leap forward for critical environment control in large part due to a new, patent-pending technology Triatek has named the Safety Halo.™
Triatek’s new Safety Halo™ edge lighting technology enables employees to view the status of a fume hood or critical room without having to stand directly in front of the controller.
Triatek increased the status notification viewing angle to 180° degrees, and this unique feature allows staff to check the status both at-a-glance and down-the-hall.
The Safety Halo™ is fully programmable. The intensity can be set based on lighting conditions, and can be dimmed during certain hours. The 1655 Series also benefits from an updated graphical user interface. New action icons now clearly indicate the status of a fume hood or room, which greatly simplifies display interpretation.
This significant design development will provide a better end user experience and will make it easier for staff to keep their critical environments safe.
